• Within 24 hours after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email and also you can download the tickets from the dashboard.
• Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
• Print the ticket or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.

IIFA Awards Important Information

• Event will take place at Etihad Arena – Abu Dhabi on 28thth September 2024, Saturday.
• The doors open at 18:00 and the show starts at 19:30.
• The ticket grants a one-time entry into the Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.
• Individuals under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an Adult 21+.
• Venue team might ask for ID for age proof.
• Tickets are sold at the Best Seating availability as per the option chosen.
• Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders are not allowed at the venue.
• Food and Beverages from outside are strictly not allowed.
